The system is designed for easy manual operation, reducing the need for one employee; the tex detection can be performed by the yarn trimmer.

Function:

Inner ring inspection: The inner ring finishing worker uses an automatic detection mechanism to cut one meter of yarn, which is then automatically hung on a balance to begin weighing. At the same time, the system collects data at high speed for stability judgment. After the data stabilizes, it judges whether the linear density is qualified according to the product's preset standard, and displays the results on the main interface, including the inspection date, shift, product model, furnace position number, linear density value, deviation value, and deviation percentage.

Normal operation uses a green background, while abnormal operation uses a red background. If the linear density is unqualified, the system will also issue an audible and visual alarm and record the yarn ball number and linear density anomaly information.
