The Xi'an Huodeduo/uniaxial fabric inspection system employs artificial intelligence algorithms and neural network algorithms with complete independent intellectual property rights. It can automatically adjust the algorithm to detect foreign objects and defects with superior performance, adapting to different fabric types, weights, widths, cutting lines, light source attenuation, or the replacement of the light source. It analyzes and processes acquired images in real time, promptly stopping the system and issuing alarms upon detecting defects, allowing for manual intervention and handling. Currently, over 300 sets have been deployed domestically and internationally, gaining widespread customer recognition.
