AI detection of chemical fiber spinning
The spinning speed of chemical fibers can reach up to 6000 meters per minute. During the spinning process, defects such as broken yarn, fuzz, loops, and clumps may occur due to one or more broken yarns (hereinafter referred to as broken yarns). This results in a low yield and has a significant impact on subsequent processes such as weaving, dyeing, strength, and appearance.
Core technology: The "AI Detection System for Chemical Fiber Spinning" adopts high-speed camera technology, embedded image processing technology, artificial intelligence (AI) technology, high-speed gigabit network transmission, high temperature resistance, high humidity resistance, and protection against oil and dust. It is the first system in the world to solve the problem of online visual detection in the high-speed spinning process (6000 meters/minute).

Visual feather detection
High-definition images present the shape of defects in real time, completely solving the pain point of traditional equipment being "invisible and indistinguishable", leaving defects nowhere to hide;

Defect AI Classification
The high-speed spinning AI detector collects yarn defects and stores them in image form. It then uses AI technology to classify and identify each defect, enabling precise statistics on the number, type, and location of defects in each yarn bobbin. Based on this, the system can objectively rate and trace the quality of each yarn bobbin according to production needs.

Data Statistical Reports
Traditional photoelectric detection methods can only provide the number of defects per yarn package, failing to acquire crucial information such as defect type, size, and location, and also cannot generate complete quality reports. This system effectively solves these problems, providing detailed quality reports, supporting analysis of defect distribution by different products, or comparing defect changes of the same product before and after process improvements, thus providing strong support for production and quality management.

Flexible and efficient networking
Multiple detectors are connected to the processing unit through sub-switches, and then aggregated to the main switch and server, supporting networking of more than 100 devices and adapting to the production line layout of large fiber production plants.
