Carbon fiber pultruded sheets are formed using the pultrusion process, with a core layer of resin-impregnated carbon fiber yarn reinforcement and a protective release fabric layer on the surface. Defects such as foreign objects, lint, and bulges often appear on the surface of the release fabric. Xi'an Huode has developed a machine vision inspection device for carbon fiber pultruded sheets, fully considering the characteristics of the release fabric surface. It is equipped with high-resolution imaging and multi-angle light sources to perform double-sided inspection of defects in the pultruded sheets. Employing an advanced deep learning model, it accurately locates the defect position and type, achieving non-contact, continuous, and real-time inspection, significantly reducing the outflow of defective products.
