The operator uses an automatic detection mechanism to cut one meter of carbon fiber yarn. After cutting, the yarn is automatically hung on a balance to begin weighing. The system simultaneously collects weight data at high speed for stability assessment. Once the data is stable, it determines whether the linear density is qualified according to the product's preset testing standards and displays the results on the main interface.
This includes, but is not limited to, the testing date, work group, product model, carbonization workshop, casting time, length in meters, linear density value, deviation value, and deviation percentage (some fields require data from the upstream system).
If the linear density fails to meet the requirements, the system will issue an audible and visual alarm and provide a voice prompt, and record the spool number of the carbon filament and the abnormal linear density information. All test results will be recorded in the database for statistical analysis.
