The wet-laid felt defect detection system uses intelligent vision detection to detect surface defects in wet-laid felt. Once a defect is detected, a stop signal can be sent to the fabric inspection machine, which can effectively improve the production qualification rate.

Function

1. It can detect metal foreign objects as small as 0.4x0.4mm, holes as small as 1x1mm, and various other felt surface defects. It can also detect even smaller foreign objects upon request.
2. After a defect is detected, a stop signal can be sent to the fabric inspection machine (the fabric inspection machine needs to provide a corresponding receiver).
